ramblings.

i started my monday with a refreshing dose of sleeping through my alarm and showing up to work at 9:30. sometimes i wish i had a more strict job. the kind that don't allow such things. in some sort of way, i actually enjoy structure. i need that. i need someone to not allow me to be lazy sometimes. i didn't sleep in on purpose. it was god's will. well... maybe. my alarm was on vibrate and lord knows one little buzz will not pull me out of my REM.

in other news... i bought a few new shirts (at $5 each... your welcome, grant) and some cute accessories to make them that much sweeter. new shoes, as well. aldo is my new fav shoe store. i actually hesitated for quite some time before even typing that because i hate it when you find something you truly love... and before you even blink, it's 'her' new fav too. and by 'her', i mean the girl that feels the need to steal your phrases, your clothing style, your fav music, your hairstyle... pssh. either way, aldo is incredible. (please don't steal it!)

went and saw fool's gold this weekend. at first, it was pretty cute (i mean... matt & kate=cute), but then it turned into a slightly better version of national treasure & i was over it.

we are meeting my father-in-law in orlando tonight. do a little dinner & blue man group action. i have been wanting to see this show for a while, so it was a pretty exciting surprise when everything worked out to go.


lots of trips coming up in the next few months. camping, minnesota, ft lauderdale, mexico, nashville, daytona beach, indiana (fingers crossed). i live such a glamorous life... ha.
