rehearsal gone bad.

we were up in indiana a few weeks ago to shoot a wedding and luckily enough, got to spend a whole lot of time with the thompson crew. i wasn't really in the mood to take candid pics while we were there because grant and i both shot the wedding on saturday and i was worn out. =) it is a ton of fun getting behind a camera on the day of a wedding... i was totally in my element!

so, on friday night, grants whole family was invited to the rehearsal dinner. free food? what the heck! just kidding... so, it started sprinkling just as we were leaving the church to head over to the dinner and we were desperately trying to beat the storm. mission: failed. as we pull up to the restaurant, it starts downpouring. we had no other choice than to just get out and run... so, in 3 inch heals and a white dress, i take a run for it. grant dropped us off at the curb, but there was construction so we had to run around these huge baricades. mega lame.

long story short, some guys pointed us in the wrong direction and by the time we got inside... WE WERE SOAKED from head to toe. tick me off. i def had wet arms, nasty hair and was so annoyed!

it's funny now, looking back, but we def stood in the bathroom for a good 15 min standing under the hand dryer trying to warm up. oh... good times.
