work news and such.

i have been so insanely busy lately, i don't even know what to do with my self... it seems like i have been working endlessly and when i'm not working, i am so worn out that all i want to do is lay around and be lazy. but... then i look at my house that is still in disaray and cringe, so somethin's gotta give. right?

my early morning schedule was off to a rough start when starbucks did not have my usual marble loaf available. although the guy was nice ("i regret to inform you we are out of the marble loaf"), he kind of screwed himself over ("well...we do have it, we just don't have it out"). come on, people. socrum loop, you are already at the bottom of my list of favorite starbucks due to your extremely slow service, and then this? i may have to start frequenting a different location (like sarasota?)... or maybe i should save my pennies (and calories!) for something more rewarding! ooo... i think i'm on to something here.

well, it is now 7:23 and i am at the office. alone. kind of haunting in the morning actually.

i officially started my new job yesterday. well, sort of. the girl that will be taking my position starts today and until she is comfortable (and i brainwash her...ok, not really!), i will sort of be wearing two hats. looking into the future, i am so excited. god has really opened up some great doors for me here at southeastern. yesterday, i got my first task from the vp i will be working under. not gonna lie... kind of left me shakin in me boots. it only took a few frantic phone calls and i was good to go! =) wish me luck on training session 101 today... should be a hoot.

i'm off like a prom dress...
