please don't make me get out of bed today...

it's saturday morning and i am just laying in bed... being lazy. but, isn't that what saturdays are truly all about?

i have been so exhausted lately. we are moved, yes, but so far from being settled. i will never move again! ok... don't quote me on that, but i am not moving for a good, long while. our friend nate used to paint for a living so i am begging grant to let me utilize nates talents before he moves at the end of august. but that just open up a whole new can of worms... what colors? jeesh.

i have to go into work today. partly because i need to catch up, but also because i need to figure out what the crap is going on in the office. with my new position will come many, many headaches. the lady that had my position before wasn't blessed with the skill of organization (like yours truly!). needless to say, it's going to be a real joy cleaning up her mistakes and such. i know that is coming off so, so harsh... but seriously, i may lose my salvation in the next couple months. any prayer is welcomed! =)

with that said, grant's bday was yesterday. big 2-3. something about jumping from 22 to 23 seems older. obviously, it's no different than any other number, but it just sounds older. (disclaimer: i know that sounded like a royal blonde moment, but i know you agree)
